MY STORY

 

During my years as a student, I faced serious mental health challenges, including an eating disorder, anxiety, depression, a personality disorder, and severe stress. I dropped out multiple times in high school and was hospitalized several times, and felt like I had no future.

Eventually, I returned to my studies and pushed myself to perfection, but striving for perfection only led to burnout. When I started prioritizing my well-being, working less, exercising more, and focusing on balance - I found both joy and success.

I’ve learned that true success in your career and life isn’t measured by achievements alone, but by how well you take care of yourself along the way. Lasting success can only be achieved when you prioritize balance and well-being, ensuring you bring your whole, healthy self to everything you do - no matter the challenges you face.
